FAQ'S

  • What Areas Do We Service

    We service areas of your yard to your specifications. Residential areas might include your front or back yard, landscaped areas, driveways, walkways & patios.  Commercial areas might include neighborhood common space, amenities or pet waste stations. 

  • Gates and Fences

    Alpha Pet Waste Removal will need to have access to any gates on the property. Keeping the gates unlocked or providing alternate access will allow for service to be completed on time. 

  • Can My Dog Be in the Yard During Service

    Yes. We love playing with the dogs before, during and after service. If your dog has any reservations about us being on their territory, we ask that they hang out inside while we quickly complete the service.

  • How Will I Know If My Yard Has Been Serviced

    Alpha Pet Waste Removal provides a Pre-Service text to let you know we are on the way. After service, we send a post-Service text to let you know service is complete and the gate we entered/exited has been secured. The Post-Service text also starts the clock on our 24-hour Re-Scoop Guarantee. 

  • Are Alpha Pet Waste Removal’s Tools Clean

    Yes! All equipment used in the process of servicing your property are cleaned with water and a disinfectant solution reducing the spread of disease.

  • Pricing

    Residential pricing varies depending on the frequency of service, number of dogs and size/challenges of the area to be cleaned. Commercial pricing will depend on frequency of service, number of pet waste stations and common space to be cleaned. 

  • Service Rate Changes

    Any Service Rate changes will take effect on the first day of the next billing cycle. 

  • Payments

    Invoices are sent via email on the 1st of the month. Payments are Due Upon Receipt. Payments can be made online using a debit/credit card, by saving a debit/credit card on file and authorizing us to complete the payment transaction on the 1st of each month, Venmo or mailing check/cash to our office. 

  • Final Payments

    Final payments are Due Upon Receipt. 

  • Suspension of Service

    A customer whose service is suspended will be notified via text and or email. All open invoices will have to be paid in full to reinstate service. 

  • Barriers to Service

    If Alpha Pet Waste Removal is at a customer's property but is unable to perform service due to locked gates, aggressive dogs in the service area or any other barrier to service, the customer will be charged for a full service.

  • Does Alpha Pet Waste Removal Guarantee 100% Satisfaction

    Yes. Alpha Pet Waste Removal has a 24-hour Re-Scoop Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your service just contact us via Text, Email or Voicemail within 24 hours of the completion of that service. We will come out and Re-Scoop at no additional charge.

  • Adverse Weather

    Alpha Pet Waste Removal does not perform service in adverse weather. Customers are notified via text or email if service is suspended due to rain, snow, extreme temperatures, lightning, tornados, flash floods, hail or any other meteorological event not mentioned here. 

  • No Service Days

    Alpha Pet Waste Removal has designated “No Service Days“  and will not provide regularly scheduled services on those days.
